Tigris - Capitol Citizens of Panem - Hunger games

I absolutely loved the Hunger Games trilogy. The indispensible ally Tigris may not have been at her prime when she helped Katniss, but the description of her interesting persona inspired me to depict a younger version of this talented stylist. Beautiful, tiger-like, and colorful as the Capitol people around her.
